English for Business Communication
is a short course (40 Hours) with long terms goals. It is particularly meant for managers who are keen on to improve their communicative ability in terms of socialising, presenting, taking part in meetings, negotiating, using the telephone, etc. The best thing about this course is – it focuses on building confidence and improving fluency. More to the point, being a short course it has two key objectives:
To develop your technique in several key areas of communication that business people always need – not only to communicate, but also to make good impression on the target people.
To develop your knowledge of the language used in these key areas.
There are many opportunities for discussion and plenty of role-plays. The discussion is partly designed to get you think about what makes communication effective. The practice material and the role-plays lead to transfer exercises. This is a chance to connect what you have studied with your own daily experience, either as a student or as a professional working in business. The skills learned from this course are useful for those preparing to start work and for those already in work.

Business Writing & Correspondence is a 30 hour course. Students enrolling in this course must be at a pre-intermediate level.

Business Writing & Correspondence nowadays contains little or none of the very formal, long-winded English that you used to find in the past. The tendency now is to be much more direct with clearer styles of expression. The Business Writing & Correspondence in English course is for anyone studying or working in business, commerce or administration, who needs to write correspondence in English.
The course follows the interactive task-based and discussion-based approach. The students learn the conventions and expressions of business correspondence and practice through letter-writing tasks. The students are placed in various business situations, and are involved in writing and replying to accomplish business goals.
